Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Ventive Hospitality Meeting at its meeting held on December 23 2025 approved the issuance of Corporate Guarantee in favour of ICICI Bank Limited to secure the Credit facilities to be availed by Kudakurathu Island Resorts Private Limited a subsidiary of the Company.
