On April 1 2007 the name of the Firm was changed to Veto Switchgears and Cables. Subsequently on June 20 2007 the Partnership Firm was converted in to the Private Limited Company under the name and style Veto Switchgears and Cables Private Limited. Please find enclosed herewith the certificate received from M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024.

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for trading in Listing Securities of Veto Switchgears and Cables Limited the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for the all designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons from Wednesday January 01st 2025 and same will remain closed till 48 hours after the board meeting which will be held for the consideration of un-audited quarterly financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2024 (Both days inclusive).

of SEBI(Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations In compliance with the provisions of Regulation read with the corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder we are pleased to enclose copies of Business Standard & Mumbai Lakshadweep editions of both dated 15th September 2024 in which unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended September 30th 2024 have been published. The aforesaid results have been approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13th November 2024.
