Vivanta Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday November 12 2025 at 05:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 and to transact other business with the permission of the Chair. The notice of the Board Meeting will be available on the Companys website at https://vivantaindustries.com/disclosure/. Further as informed earlier the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the said Financial Results in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct.
