In compliance with Regulation Reg 74(5) of SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing herewith a copy of the Certificate recieved from Skyline Financial Services Private Limited the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025.

We wish to inform you that the Trading Window will be closed for all Designated Persons with effect from Thursday 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 will be intimated in due course.

With respect to the captioned subject please find enclosed herewith the copies of Newspaper Advertisement published in English Daily (Top Story) and regional newspaper (Naya India) on 15th November 2025 regarding the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2025 approved in the Board Meeting held on Friday 14th November 2025.
