This is to inform you that pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting trading by designated persons the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed from 1st January 2026 until 48 (Forty-eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
