Congress under attack over 1984 Anti- Sikh riots

New Delhi, April 22 (ANI): The Anti-Sikh riots of 1984 of which Congress led Government is often accused have once again become a part of controversy. Accusations about Government pressurizing the administrative forces not to take action have been reported over which reactions are flowing. BJP Vice President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi stated that Congress attacked humanity in those riots. SAD leader Naresh Gujral said that Congress is directly responsible for lack of administration during riots and that if BJP comes to power an SIT will be formed for the riots' case investigation. Meanwhile Delhi Police Commissioner during riots SC Tandon has justified that he has given a statement in the case before.
