Patna (Bihar), Jan 12 (ANI): Patna continued to reel under intense cold wave. Locals are facing various problems in doing their daily activities. People are setting up bonfires to get relief and keep themselves warm in the chilly winters. Speaking to ANI, a local said, "We are not getting any support from the government.
