Srinagar, July 24 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday hit out at central government, saying some people will never be able to see peaceful environment in the valley. Reportedly, Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju, while answering a question in Lok Sabha, said it was not the right time to review the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) in JandK. Abdullah urged the government to specify parameters to ascertain peaceful environment in Kashmir. He slammed both former UPA and present NDA governments as both of them dismissed reviewing the act, citing violence in the valley.
