The Maruti Versa, if it can be configured properly, looks like a good alternative to the Omni Ambulance. It is reasonably bigger, handles quite well, is efficient and you can run the aircon too. The Esteem engine ensures good performance.  The rear seats may need to be removed and modified to accommodate a stretcher or two
