IndiaProperty.com announces a sale across eight cities

Gives access to more than 125 developers and 200 projects

IndiaProperty.com, a leading real estate portal, has announced the launch of GetHomeNow sale - the largest such online property transaction in India.

The GetHomeNow sale unveils the biggest e-commerce platform for buying property and provides consumers across the globe access to more than 125 developers and 200 projects (worth Rs 7,500 crore) across eight Indian cities.

Ganesh Vasudevan, chief executive officer (CEO), IndiaProperty.com said the week-long sale started on March 17.

"The eight cities in which our clients can buy property are - Delhi and National Capital Region, Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolital Region, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Coimbatore."

The prices of property - a mix of affrdable, mid-segment and luxury homes - range from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 5 crore.

"This is the first time plots of land are being sold online," said Vasudevan, adding the portal will allow the visitors a three-dimesional look at all property and 200,000 images have been uploaded.

The CEO said 300 expressions of interest have been registered.

The portal tied up with ICICI Bank as the financial partner for the sale. It will offer easy home loans for buyers. Cholamandalam MS will provide insurance coverage.

On an average, IndiaProperty.com closes 900-1,000 month, said Vasudevan, adding the website has 5,000,000 registered users.
