Internet services provider, IOL Netcom today reported a net loss of Rs 14.04 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009, while it had a net loss of Rs 24.68 crore in the same period ended March 2008.
Total income of the company rose to Rs 37.12 crore for the year ended March 2009, against Rs 20.95 crore in the same period last year, IOL Netcom said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Further, the board of directors has decided to raise fund through preferential basis or through issue of non-convertible debentures, the filing added.
Shares of IOL Netcom were trading at Rs 29.35 on the BSE, down 8.42 per cent from its previous close.
