US home equipment retailer Lowe's Companies said its innovation labs has set up a start-up accelerator to build technologies in areas such as augmented and virtual reality, 3D scanning and printing, and robotics. The 16-week programme will allow start-ups to experiment solutions in these segments that Lowe will deploy in the US.
