India Post has tied up with Tata Motors for sale of booking forms and acceptance of loan forms of the Nano car through its 141 major post offices in the country. In Punjab and Chandigarh, six major post offices -- General Post Office Chandigarh and head post offices of Ludhiana, Patiala, Amritsar, Bathinda and Jalandhar— have been identified for the purpose.
The facility in these post offices will be available from April 22.
