NuNet eyes 60% growth in software exports

City-based NuNet Technologies Private Limited is aiming at over 60 per cent growth in software exports this fiscal. The company delivers smart solutions in the area of IT applications, business process management, enterprise solutions and consulting services.
 
"At present, we are looking at software solutions business from small and medium-size foreign companies. We have already bagged new work orders from abroad. We are expecting some more clients this fiscal, which we hope will boost the company's turnover significantly," Subba Rao Jayanti, CEO of NuNet Technologies, told Business Standard.
 
"We expect to achieve a turnover of Rs 5.25 crore from software exports this financial year, a 61.5 per cent high as compared to Rs 3.25 crore in the last fiscal," he said.
 
The company's clientele include New Zealand-based Feverpitch International Limited, THL, Mahi Ora, Te Wananga o Aotearoa, MedTech Software Limited, Sports Management and Training Group, Open Polytechnic, US-based DCM Solutions Inc, Doble Engineering Inc, Thinq Learning Solutions, DeScribe, NDS, Sun Pumps Bulletin Wireless and Japan-based Panache.
 
NuNet bagged the second and the third prizes in 2001-02 and 2002-03 respectively as the largest software export services company in the category of 100 per cent export-oriented units in Andhra Pradesh.
 
The company also won the 2001 Microsoft-Ericsson Mobile Internet award in New Zealand.
