Phadnis Infra bags contracts worth Rs 118 cr

City-based infrastructure development company Phadnis Infrastructure has bagged two contracts worth Rs 118 crore from the Ministry of Defense and National Highway Division IX, Nashik.
The Ministry of Defense has awarded a Rs 58 crore contract to Phadnis Infrastructure for constructing residential complexes at Kalina and Colaba in Mumbai for MES. This will include the construction of 14 storied six residential towers.
The company has also bagged Rs 60 crore contract from the National Highway Division No. IX, Nashik to construct a bypass outside Sangamner town on Pune - Nashik Road, the national highway no.50 in the state of Maharashtra. Phadnis Infrastructure and Hyderabad-based Prasad & Company have formed a JV to execute this construction of bypass contract.
Phadnis Infrastructure, a division of Phadnis Group has projects worth Rs 850 crores that are currently underway across various locations in the country.
