Retail and real estate company, Plaza Centers today said it has made CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) an exclusive leasing partner for its first retail property in the country — Koregaon Park Plaza — being built in Pune.
CBRE, a commercial real estate services firm, as the exclusive leasing partner with Plaza Centers would be responsible for identifying potential tenants, proactively approaching them and concluding the licence agreements in accordance with the guidelines provided by Plaza Centers.
"We are very happy to associate with CBRE as our exclusive leasing consultant for Koregaon Park Plaza. CBRE is a global expert in real estate field and understands the nuances of the business," Plaza Centers India country head Yossi Ofir said in a statement here.
CBRE would also chalk out a detailed marketing, advertising, leasing and promotional plan for Koregaon Park Plaza.
