Polaris Software Q3 net surges 56% to Rs 43 cr

Polaris Software Lab has posted a 56.52 per cent surge in net profit at Rs 43.2 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2009, as against Rs 27.6 crore in the same quarter last year.

The profit after tax (PAT) for the reporting quarter grew by 14 per cent to Rs 40.07 crore from Rs 35.20 crore.

Income of the company registered a marginal rise of 0.2 per cent to Rs 338.89 crore from Rs 338.31 crore.

Its net sales are up 2.16 per cent at Rs 292.6 crore as compared to Rs 286.4 crore.
