Reliance Infrastructure to raise funds

Anil Ambani group's Reliance Infrastructure today said it will raise funds by issuing securities to qualified institutional buyers.     

The shareholders of the company has approved to raise funds by issuing securities to qualified institutional buyers, Reliance Infrastructure said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.     

Besides, the shareholders also approved raising of raise long-term funds, the filing added.
