Market regulator Sebi today filed a petition with the magistrate court, seeking to interrogate Satyam's former CFO Vadlamani Srinivas on February 20, thereby giving the watchdog more time to unearth information from the accused.
The Sebi team, which was allowed by the court to question Srinivas till 4:30 pm, cited lack of time as the reason for asking for another date.
The team had arrived around noon at the Chanchalguda jail, where Satyam Computer founder Ramalinga Raju, his brother Rama Raju, Srinivas and two Price Waterhouse auditors S Gopalakrishan and Talluri Srinivas are housed.
Talluri and Gopalakrishnan would be questioned tomorrow.
