Chandrasekhar Rao resigns as party prez

TRS forced a by-election for 18 assembly seats and 4 Lok Sabha berths after its MPs and MLAs resigned for the cause of 'seperate Telengana state'. However, TRS could win only seven out of 16 assembly seats and two out of the four Lok Sabha seats it had won in the previous elections.
