Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) today alleged that Kadapa MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was trying to “hoodwink” the people of Telangana by adopting an “ambiguous” and opportunistic stand on the separate statehood demand. “Jagan says the Centre should take a right decision. By putting the onus on the Centre, he is trying to escape his responsibility. Jagan was only doing a Chandrababu Naidu,” MLA T Harish Rao said.

“Jagan says he can neither give Telangana, nor block its formation and it is for the Centre to take a decision. This is nothing but firing the bullet by putting the gun on the shoulders of the Centre,” he added.
