The Rashtriya Janata Dal will not stake its claim on the poll symbol of the Janata Dal, the executive president of the party Ranjan Prasad Yadav told newspersons in a press conference yesterday.
The RJD has already been registered with the election commission.
He urged the Janata Dal members, including Prime Minister I K Gujral and former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda, to join the RJD.
