Boston Software Consultants has launched a Vedic portal, www.vedamu.org as an attempt to present vedas and vedic literature in its entirety.
The site was launched by Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in Bangalore. According to a release here, the portal is divided into different sections and features 18 hours of authentic vedic chanting by renowned scholars.
Audio recordings of parts of the Rig-veda and Krishna Yajurveda are available in five different modes and visitors can listen at free of cost. The chanting can be downloaded upon payment.
The site also features a video on the riks of the Rig-veda as to the origin and creation of the universe.
Vedic mathematics, a section of the site, provides an integrated approach to learning mathematics by the application of sutras and upa-sutras.
Learn Sanskrit offers the beginners, a course in Sanskrit with explanation in English.
