Candidates interested in Dealer Institutional Desk have to be postgraduate in finance, or in Securities Markets (PGPSM) preferably from National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).
For Systems Administrator and Network Engineering posts, candidates have to have a minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in 4 years BE / B Tech degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Instrumentation or MCA. Candidates looking for the former post should possess OS Certification like Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) / Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent, and for Network Engineering post, candidates should possess Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
Candidates looking at Back Office post should be postgraduate in finance. Postgraduate Programme in Securities Markets (PGPSM) from NISM are preferred. For Research Analyst position, candidates with MBA-Finance or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) can apply. NISM Certification for Research Analyst is preferred.
For Dealer Retail Dealing Desk post, graduate in any stream can apply. Candidates having NISM / NCFM certifications are preferred. For candidates interested in DP Operations post, graduation in any discipline is a must. Those having Stock Market related Diploma / Certification qualification from the Institutes like NISM, NCFM, BSE Institute, or any other Institute imparting Stock Market related courses or appeared for the final Examination of aforesaid course and expecting the results shall be given preference.
Candidates interested in Marketing Manager – Deputy Manager post should be postgraduate in Marketing. Candidates with Technical Background, NISM / Capital market related qualification will be preferred. For Depository Participants Relationship Manager position graduation in any discipline is a must. Those having Stock Market related Diploma / Certification qualification from the Institutes like NISM, NCFM, BSE Institute, or any other Institute imparting Stock Market related courses or appeared for the final Examination of aforesaid course and expecting the results shall be given preference.
Candidates interested in all the post, except DP Operations vacancies, will require work experience of 5 years and above,
Reimbursement
For Marketing manager post, candidates may be made deputy manager in the scale of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 31,000. Deputy Managers shall be paid Dearness Allowance, HRA, Leave Fare Concession, Conveyance etc. as per rules and shall be governed by the HR Policy of the Company. Current annual CTC at the lowest scale is Rs.5.49 lakhs.
Candidates selected as Deputy Managers will be on probation for a period of one year (12 months of active service) from the date of joining.
For all other posts, consolidated pay shall be paid at the following rates:
1. Officer on Contract – Rs. 37,500 to Rs. 46500.
Age limit
For all posts, upper age limit should be 30 years as on April 1, 2017. Relaxation in upper age limit shall be given to SC/ST candidates by 5 Years & by 3 years to OBC candidates. For candidates with work experience in capital markets / financial services, a further relaxation in upper age limit will be considered to the extent of their work experience subject to a maximum of 5 years to all categories of candidates, provided such candidates submit satisfactory proof of relevant work experience.
Selection procedure
The selection will be on the basis interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Interview shall be held in the corporate office of the company or at other centre/s at the discretion of the company.
The time and date for interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through email and candidates have to attend for the same at their own cost
