| The HDFC scrip closed on the Bombay Stock Exchange at Rs 532.75, down 1.24 per cent. The scrip of Gruh Finance, where HDFC has a 61 per cent stake, rose 20 per cent to Rs 34.40 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. HDFC Chairman Deepak Parekh said HDFC was not looking at a merger with its subsidiary. |
