Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) will be unveiling brand logo of the new bank on September 24.
The IDFC Bank will be beginning operations from 1st October onwards.
It had already begun a pilot in July in Madhya Pradesh.
These pilot were run in 10 branches of IDFC that are later going to get converted into the bank branches.
Recently, the IDFC got regulatory approval to utilise Rs 2,500 crore non-distributable reserves for provisions against bad loans.
