The aggregate normal Ways and Means Advances (WMA) limit for the state governments has been increased by 50 per cent to Rs 15,360 crore with effect from Monday, said the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
The current limit for state governments and the Union territory of Pondicherry is at Rs 10,240 crore for the year 2013-14.
