Union Bank of India today reported a 31% decline in net profit at Rs 166.81 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 when compared with Rs 240.39 crore in Q1FY06.According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 1,830.72 crore from Rs 1,491.45 crore in Q1FY06.
