Press Communique Related to Transfer of Shri Justice Bawa Singh Walia, an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court to Jammu and Kashmir High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Bawa Singh Walia as An Additional Judge Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court to Jammu and Kashmir High Court and to direct him to assume charge of his office in the Karnataka High Court on or before 17th February, 2015.
