Barring a fall in arhar prices on sluggish demand, other commodities remained steady in the wholesale pulses market today.
Market analysts said easy availability of stocks in the market against sluggish demand mainly helped arhar and its dal prices to decline.
In the national capital, arhar and its dal prices declined by Rs 50 each to Rs 3,250-3,750 and Rs 4,850-5,250 per quintal, respectively.
