Select base metal prices declined at the non-ferrous metal market here on subdued industrial demand amidst lower London Metal Exchange (LME) advices.

Meanwhile, brass sheet cutting and aluminium prices firmed up on better demand from consumer industries.

Tin prices dropped by Rs 5 per kilo to Rs 1,320 from yesterday's closing level of Rs 1,325 and copper armiture fell by Rs 4 per kilo to Rs 376 as against Rs 380 previously.

Copper scrap heavy moved down by Rs 3 per kilo to Rs 385. 

Copper cable scrap, copper wire bar and copper sheets cutting eased by RS 2 per kilo each to Rs 393, 421 and Rs 373.

Brass utensils scrap softened by a rupee per kilo to Rs 261. However, aluminium ingots rose by Rs 3 per kilo to Rs 121 from Rs 118 yesterday.

Brass sheet cutting and aluminium utensils scrap both inched up by a rupee per kilo to Rs 269 and Rs 97 respectively.
