Crude palm oil rises 0.3% as demand picks up
Prices went up as speculators created fresh positions

Crude palm oil futures for February rose by Rs 1.30, or 0.29%, to Rs 451.50 per 10 kg in 40 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the March contract traded higher by Rs 1.30, or 0.28%, to Rs 460.90 per 10 kg in 22 lots.
Prices went up as speculators created fresh positions, driven by pick-up in spot market demand.
