Gur ends flat in thin trade

The wholesale gur prices ended on a quiet note in the national capital today with alternate bouts of trading and ended at last levels.

Muzzafarnagar gur market also remained flat in the absence of buying support.

Marketmen said restricted supply and lower demand, mainly held gur prices unaltered. 

Following are today's quotations in Rs per quintal:

Chakku Rs 2,850-2,900, Pedi Rs 2,800-2,900, Dhayya N.T. And Shakkar Rs 3,100-3,200
In Muzaffarnagar: Raskat Rs 2,075-2,175, chakku Rs 2,500-2,600 and Khurpa 2,875-3,000
In Muradnagar: Pedi N.A. And Dhaya N.A
