Gur prices end steady in thin trade

The wholesale gur (jaggery) prices remained flat in the national capital today following small buying support amid restricted supply.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur market also ended flat on little doing.
Market analysts said arrivals and offtake were almost at par, which kept the prices unaltered.
Following were today's quotations per quintal:
Chakku Rs 2,250-2,300, pedi Rs 2,300-2,350, Dhayya Rs 2,350-2,400, and Shakkar Rs 2,450-2,500
Muzaffarnagar: Raskat Rs 1,800-1,900, chakku Rs 2,050-2,250 and Khurpa Rs 2,000-2,050
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,050-2,100 and Dhaya Rs 2,100-2,150
