HDFC Bank has advanced 3.4% to Rs 1,151. SBI has gained 2.4% to Rs 1,326. Jaiprakash Associates is up 1.3% to Rs 179. DLF has gained 2.2% to Rs 491 and HDFC is up 2% to Rs 2,168.
L&T has gained 1.9% to Rs 2,737. Wipro, TCS, ICICI Bank, M&M and NTPC are the other gainers.
Reliance Communications is down 1% to Rs 535, while Satyam Computers lost 0.7% to Rs 488. Bharti Airtel is down 0.6% at Rs 839. Grasim, Tata Steel and Reliance Industries have lost less than half per cent.
