Shares of Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPT) rose by 3.43 per cent to end the day at Rs 235.45 on news that the company has bagged a Rs 385 crore pipeline project. The 550-km oil pipeline is part of Guru Govind Singh Refinery being set up by HPCL-Mittal Energy.
The pipeline project is said to be completed in 18 months and would transport crude oil between Mundra and Bhatinda. The stock made an intraday high of Rs 246.7 and a low of Rs 222.
