Macquarie Bank sells shares of HDIL worth Rs 22 cr

Australia's Macquarie Bank has sold shares of Housing Development & Infrastructure totalling Rs 22.28 crore, through an open market transaction.     

The bank has sold 7,50,000 shares of the company aggregating to Rs 22.28 crore, HDIL said in a disclosure on the Bombay Stock Exchange.     

Prior to the said sale, the bank held 3.76 per cent stake while, now it holds 3.69 per cent stake in Macquarie Bank.
