Megasoft up on selling division

Shares of Megasoft rallied 19.5 per cent to close the day at Rs 31.55 on approval to sale of a division. The board approved the sale of its Blue Ally division to Trianz, USA, a wholly-owned unit of Trianz Holdings (India), at around $13-15 million.

The stock opened at Rs 26.7 and made an intra-day high of Rs 31.65 and a low of Rs 26.05. Total traded volumes stood at 3 million shares, a 15 times spurt in volumes vis-à-vis the two-week average.
