Mentha oil down 0.6% on supply pressure

Weak industrial demand had a negative effect

Mentha oil futures for March declined by Rs 8.20, or 0.6%, to Rs 1,273 per kg in 216 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the February contract traded lower by Rs 1.50, or 0.11%, to Rs 1,305.20 per kg in 888 lots.

Weak industrial demand had a negative effect.

Besides higher arrivals from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh also triggered the downtrend.
