Janet Jackson is all set to experience motherhood at the age of 49 as she is pregnant with her first child.
The 'No Sleep' hit-maker had revealed the happy news about a month ago when she announced that she was halting her 'Unbreakable' world tour because she and her husband Wissam Al Mana are planning for a family, E! News reports.
Though she didn't specify if she was expecting a child at the time, she only said that the doctors have advised her rest, nor did she reveal if they were trying to conceive or planning adoption.
It is being said that Janet is in her second trimester of pregnancy and she and the 41-year-old Qatari billionaire have been working with a fertility specialist for a while.
The two had tied the knot in 2012.
