Reaffirming its allegations against Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Satish Upadhyay over power discoms, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday said that it has enough evidence to prove the same.
"What we have said is completely based on facts and evidences. Let them go to court; the decision will come in our favour as Arvind Kejriwal has the evidence to prove what he said. It is a great conspiracy between the BJP and power companies," said AAP leader Somnath Bharti.
Earlier on Wednesday, Upadhyay had threatened to sue Kejriwal over power discom allegations. Kejriwal has alleged that the former's companies had supplied electric meters to Anil Ambani-group controlled power utility BSES and that the party was soft on discoms indulging in corruption.
