Alec Baldwin called New York City a mismanaged carnival of stupidity desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign after getting arrested for his rage directed towards the cops who stopped him for riding his bicycle the wrong way down a street.
Baldwin posted on his Twitter account that officer Moreno, badge number 23388, arrested him and handcuffed him for going the wrong way on Fifth Ave.
The 54-year-old actor then blasted the police saying that photographers outside his house terrified his daughter once again and almost hit her with a camera and the police did nothing, CBS News reported.
The '30 Rock' star, who was issued two summonses for allegedly being aggressive towards the two officers, who stopped his bike ride, is scheduled to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court for disorderly conduct summons.
