At least four wounded in Karachi explosion

At least four people were wounded in an explosion that took place in a car near a cinema in Karachi, Pakistan.

According to Dawn, the explosion, which was heard far and wide, took place near Musarrat Cinema in Karachi's Nazimabad area on Wednesday night.

The blast injured four people who were present in the car.

Police say that the explosive materials may have been present in the car.

Meanwhile, all the four injured persons were taken into police custody and later shifted to an undisclosed location, the report said.
