Microsoft's now-ex chief Steve Ballmer hosted a tearful farewell meet, after working with the company for 33 years and danced to Michael Jackson's 'Wanna be startin' somethin''.

More than 13,000 Microsoft employees became part of the annual company-wide event, in which 57-year old declared that the company would change the world again.

According to the BBC, Ballmer will retire within the next year and the company has not declared who will replace him.

The Microsoft staff described the last appearance of Ballmer as the company's head at the event as being more like a rock concert, while some posted an image on social media about the 'very moving' speech given by Ballmer, in which he ends by saying that he has had the time of his life as the famous Dirty Dancing song was played out in the arena.

Ballmer addressing his employees said that they have unbelievable potential in front of them and have an unbelievable destiny adding that if they think big, they are going to bet big, the report added.
