Mattel has unveiled the Barbie Entrepreneur for its "I can be" line at the American International Toy Fair in New York.
The latest Barbie has four versions representing different ethnicities and sports an elegant pink sheath dress and carries a smartphone, tablet and briefcase, the BBC reported.
Michelle Chidoni, Mattel's spokeswoman said that it's the first time in Barbie's 55-year history that that she has taken this role as they are trying to make career Barbie a reflection of the times, now that women entrepreneurs are more prevalent.
She added that it's a great way to encourage girls to also learn about this role.
The career-oriented Barbies, which showcase modern-day careers for women, will hit stores in June.
