Barcelona has sealed their place in the Champions League last 16 with two games to spare with their 3-1 win over AC Milan in their Group H clash at the Camp Nou on Wednesday
Defeat leaves Milan in second place in Group H, a point ahead of Ajax and two clear of Celtic after the Dutch champions beat the Scottish side 1-0 in the night's other match.
According to Sport24, Barcelona star Lionel Messi ended his three-game run without a goal by scoring twice, his opening goal half-an-hour into the game and his next goal seven minutes from the end.
Messi's teammate Sergio Busquets scored the third goal for Barcelona in the 39th minute, while Milan was handed a lifeline just before half-time when Gerard Pique turned Kaka's cross into his own net, the report added.
