The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Saturday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) should let the Delhi Government do its work as the people know that the government is working for them.
"AAP has been working for the people of Delhi since elections. Even after the hurdles by the different parties AAP is working for the people. They don't know that the Delhi Government has started to put guards in buses, has started putting CCTV for women security. This is a chosen government; let the government work for the people," said AAP leader Dilip Pandey.
BJP has put up a series of hoardings questioning the Delhi Government's expenditure on its advertisement campaign.
The hoarding asks why the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP Government spent Rs 526 crore on the campaign when the money fund could be utilised to put up five lakh cameras for women's security.
