The Balochistan Student Organisation (BSO-Azad) yesterday staged a protest in Karachi against Shabir Baloch's unlawful abduction by the Pakistani forces in Balochistan.
Shabir (24) is BSO's information secretary. He was allegedly abducted by the Pakistani Army on October 4 from Gowarkop.
The protestors raised slogan like "Where are you, UNO", "Stop military operations in Balochistan", "Free Free Baloch Abductees" and "Stop Baloch Genocide".
Shabir was attending a gathering against the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) when army conducted a raid at the place where gathering was being held.
Apart from Shabir, 29 others were also picked up.
Pro-freedom Baloch political parties and student organization say that most of these affected regions fall under the CPEC.
The Chinese Government has recently expressed concerns about the security of its workers in Balochistan after the Baloch Liberation Army had accepted responsibility of an attack on Chinese workers in Windar region of Balochistan. Two Chinese engineers were killed and several injured.
The Baloch Liberation Army and other pro-freedom resistance organization have been continuous warning China to refrain from investing in 'occupied Balochistan' until the Balochistan conflict is resolved.
