George Clooney's wife Amal Alamuddin has been labeled as the 'new Kim Kardashian' by a website which made the human rights lawyer famous overnight.
Alamuddin topped the 'Barrister Hottie' list that was compiled by the website Barrister Boyfriend which also mentioned during the wedding speeches, the Mirror reported.
Natalia Naish, founder of the site, compared the 36-year-old human rights lawyer, to reality TV star Kardashian after posting his views on Clooney's wedding on her website.
Naish said that the problem she had with the Clooney wedding was not the excessiveness per se, but the "back-patting smugness" that had accompanied the entire courtship and ceremony.
Naish added that even though the Academy Award winning actor and Alamuddin careened around Venice in speedboats, posed up a storm for the paparazzi like modern-day royalty and sold their wedding photos to glossy magazines, they received none of the "tut-tutting' that was directed at Kardashian.
