Former 'Sex and the City' star Cynthia Nixon, in a heartfelt post, has revealed her oldest child is a transgender.
During the Trans Day of Action, an annual rally and march, the 52-year-old shared an empowering message for her 21-year-old son Samuel.
"I'm so proud of my son Samuel Joseph Mozes (called Seph) who graduated college this month," Nixon posted on her Instagram account, along with a photo of herself posing with Seph. "I salute him and everyone else marking today's #TransDayofAction. #TDOA"
Born in November 1996 and originally named Samantha, Seph is the child of Nixon and former partner Danny Mozes. The two also share 15-year-old son Charles Ezekiel Mozes.
Nixon is also mother to Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni (7) with her wife, Christine Marinoni.
